INSIDE INFORMATION
One Woman…
We am delighted to note that as far back as 2015, “The Verbally Abusive Relationship” and “Controlling People” were released in the Arabic language in Saudi Arabia.
This came about through the efforts of One Woman, who, fluent in English and Arabic, began teaching small groups of women in Dubai from the two books. She then contacted me about publishing. Patricia contacted her publisher (who holds all foreign language rights) and got the Arabic language rights released to her. This One Woman connected Patricia to an Arabic Publisher and eventually negotiated a contract. Of this one woman, Patricia wrote, “She understands my work. She is my soul sister in the Mid-East.”
BRINGING AWARENESS
One Woman…
The Washington Association for Marriage and Family Therapy approved 8 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) for the daylong workshop Patricia presented Richland, WA.
This came about through the efforts of One Woman, who, after attending one of Patricia’s weekend workshops, was determined to bring the information and insights about verbal abuse to Washington State. She found sponsors, arranged a venue, did all the work to bring me to WA. Then this One Woman reached out to the community and publicized the workshop and it was a successful event. She understands the importance of bringing awareness. Patricia said, “She is my soul sister seven hundred miles away.”
